you could always just get stoned for the bits you don't want to see ? I'm sure there will be a couple of hippies left who could help you get stoned, or failing that 50,000 corporate whores who got their tickets using their blackberry, who could help to stone you.

my mates band won the competition this year and will open glasto this year (like the subways di before) if your there you should go and see they are called the gold and silvers and are quite decent

Yep. same with the view last year and various artists this year. I believe Kate Nash is doing three slots. So to speak.

These people aren't my idea of musicians. They're supposed to turn up an hour late, do a shambles of a set for 20 minutes, fall over the drum kit and then get stoned for the weekend.

for ken's sake! they charge a ludicrous amount for tickets - you would think they could put together a line-up without repeats. for people stood in the majority of the crowd, where they can only see the band on monitors, how will they know they are not simply at a mass screening of MTV?

what sort of a complete wally would pay to stand in a field of mud for 3 days watching repeats?

They're on different stages, so you'd have to go schlepping through the mud to watch them more than once.

Five weeks today and I'll be setting up, I suspect. Might go down on the thursday morning, though.
