I was offered 2 choices, firstly i could receive my player back and then relist him again if i wanted to (he has been sacked by the buyer) all monies/fees adjusted accordingly.

2. The admin team would discuss and compare prices which they did then offered me an adjusted price of £8.5m

I opted for option 2.

The transfer still shows the £22m+ price tag but that is because the tool needed to fix that is crocked just now.

Only problem now is that instead of the difference being taken they have taken the whole lot including around £13m which is rightfully mine!

Been back in contact though and they acknowledge a mistake and are rectifying it just now.
