A team in my league got 403-6 in their 50 overs. The team that they are playing against is now on a 16 an over run chase :D

sounds like a foregone conclusion to me, what are they playing on, concrete ?

School yard and a tennis ball. It's Davey's bat, so he's got 12 men on his team, and billy's only got 9.

superb - my moneys' on billy, Davey picked 4 nerdy looking kids, and you don't mess with billy.

Billy's mum always wants him in by half five, though, so they'd better wrap it up quickly or they'll be down to 8 men in no time.

8 of billys mates could beat that bunch of computer room nerds. 4 could if we're honest. But you're right, the result will be down to the vaguaries of tea-time.

I usually let my team concede loads of goals and then really scrap for that "last goal wins".

Lost my game because of my opponents 2 great spin bowlers on a dusty pitch. They each got 4 wickets.

My bowlers did ok, but it was my batters that let me down...

Playing my batting line up upside-down today. Was hoping that my opponent's bowlers would get to my bottom three (ie my best batters) in the last ten or fifteen overs.

A fielding pop each for my two youngest trainees today. Quite pleased with that.

Nothing today... mind you, the last couple of weeks have been pretty good, so I must not grumble... ;-)

Seems like I was too early. I got a stamina pop on my WK/Bat, too and a conc pop on my star batter.

Now, this debate will rage on :)
Is there any point training after superb stamina?

Im not sure but i think well find out next season but i wont be training that high

My WK/Batsman has just hit superb stamina, you see, so I'm wondering about changing that to a batting net or whether he'll still get some stamina benefit.
