My best was respectable-remarkable exp, my captain also did proficient to remarkable.

My captain went to quality and he has superb leadership so he is looking like a nice choice for captain now :)

Didn't keep track of the pre-boost levels, but I've got a level 16 and a level 15 along with a couple of 12/13s now. The advantages of not having a full team ;)

I think my best was 5 - up to exceptional
