Woohoo, training has happened.

Got to superb stamina on my 18yo bowler today. Got some extra fielding on my 19yo WK/bat, too.

I had a great week a

19yo WK/bat to wonderful batting
20yo bowler to exceptional bowling
17yo all rounder to Strong bowling and competent stamina

18yo All rounder to respectable batting
18yo opener to proficient batting

No pops! :-(

Guys, here's a novelty...a Jock who's hopeless at Battrick :)

I've had a copuple of decent seasons but have been horrendous this time round, there's a small chance that i can just avoid automatatic relegation to div 5, although maybe a drop would be for the best ?

Anyway, i've decided to stop training my best players, sold one and the other turns 21 in a few weeks and i'd like to train up these 3 guys.... (The wk was this mornings yp)

I'm looking for advice really on what nets to give out.

Steven Ingram - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,389
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh
A cautious player with strong leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: respectable
Batting: mediocre Concentration: abysmal
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: feeble


Lenny Mulligan - 18 yo, BT Rating=21,916
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, fatigued
An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: quality Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: strong Consistency: mediocre

In your position I would give the following nets:

Ingram: 1 Wk, 1 bat
Mulligan: 1 Stamina, 1 bat, 1 bowl, 1 fielding
Theron: 1 Stamina, 1 bat, 1 bowl, 1 fielding

Then as soon as Mulligan gets superb stamina, give his stamina nets to Ingram.

i got my first quality player today, 18 yr old batter, happy with that :)

Nice one...how many nets is he getting?

he has had a couple of weeks on 4 nets since popping to superb and some weeks with 5 nets. He has a good chance of being u-19 pakistan level, only his conc is letting him down right now so i will try switch out a batting net for a WK net..i'm not going over 5 nets.

5 nets! Man!

Aye well if he gets into nt that might be fun, otherwise i'm happy pootling about in div IV right now. Couple of nets on 19 yr batsman, 20 yr bowler on 1 net till he pops to superb, got another 19 yr batter on 1 net waiting till he's strong and an 18 yr WK who has been having 1 WK net or 1 wk + 1 batting depending.

remarkable pfft, had a wonderful for over a season now at least.

both getting 5, although tench is better as he doesnt require a fitness net, so gets an extra bowling net.

both will be trained for at least another 2 seasons after the current one, i hope both will get into the u-19 and nt, as eldershaw JUST missed out on the NT, due to about 1 batting level, or it might even of been due to bowler type, and i want a player in the NT.

lol im not too bothered about an NT player just training for my team Supple is getting 4 nets and London 2-3 at the moment
