i reccomend you get 5 bowling coaches and 5 batting coaches, then whichever player has a good consistancy skill, train them bowling (all 5 slots)

and a player with good concentration skill, train them batting (all 5 slots).

then rotate bowlers/batsmen accordingly

you want 3 bat and bowl, 2 stam a wk and a field

get your youngest decent batter comp+ training on stam 2 batt and wk and best young bowl on stam 2 bowl and field. then get your next best young bat on 1 bat and the 2nd best young bowl on 1 bowl

I'm more an advocate of get 8 cheap youngsters or starting players together and give them a net of bat or bowl each and use the other 2 nets to get stamina up to competent on everyone

you get a team rather than 1 or 2 stars that way

why in the heck does this happen;

you set a batsman orders to 'very defensive' and about 3 of em get run out? it is stupidity!

I don't hold out much faith in the extremes of the scale, i tend to play mostly on normal orders. Some say attacking gives more primary and less secondary, and the opposite for defensive. I guess the problem comes if your batsman is only just good enough to stay in at his normal batting level, if he goes very defensive his batting might drop a couple of levels and he just gets shafted despite the extra conc.

Top of the table clash today in the last FC match of the season. My oppo's gone and chucked the game. Boring.

I'm guaranteed 2nd and can't make 1st unless I beat him today and he gets no point at all - which seems unlikely. Not too bad for a promoted side, perhaps I can promote again next year
