What do you need clarification on, I'm not sure I understand?

On the issue of trainees I have 9 trainees, one of them being an all-rounder. Each of the trainees only gets one batting/bowling net on their primary skill so as the all-rounder gets a net on both that totals my ten nets.

I do train primarily to sell, as a result I do not use any stamina or fielding nets. When I buy trainees, I always look to make sure they have stamina and fielding all-ready.

I don't usually buy 17 year old trainees myself, but rather 19 year old is mainly what I train from.

for me i pretty much need to train players to use in my team, so that option isn't viable. I want stamina, i want fielding. Therefore i don't have as many trainees. You need money to start a training plan with 9 players, a lot of money!

I don't need any clarification whatsoever :)

I do think that motivation for training (i.e. profit/improve own players) is an important factor in how best to train. I want mine to play, and hence getting them up to scratch earlier matters. Anway, it was an interesting article and am looking forward to the next :)

I think the poeple that voted for Eggy, should be the only ones to vote again, leaving them the choices of the top3(- eggy), leaving a straight fight between the two other real contestants.

lol, well I meant Sublevel 4, he beat a very decent division II side.

I actually find the whole Eggy thing quite funny, as the Bt team have obviously known about Eggy doing this for some time(going on the basis that a GM said he had been warned multiple times). So on that basis it is the BT's fault this got so out of hand, he should have been warned then banned, If they know what he could get into, then they knew the dangers of allowing him to play on, anyway, ive gone and voted for mr sykes now, as you are, and that is good enough for me, as it means a righful and deserved person gets the job.

Thanks a lot. Didn't think I could do it, but I managed to create a pretty huge upset.

What did eggy do? Been away for a bit and haven't been bothered to go onto the boards on BT yet.
