Yep, it was 3 at 17, then 4 at 18.

These are my current batch. Usman is on one net right now, same with burton. Cable is getting a couple of nets, and the 2 bowlers are getting 3 each, alternating fielding and stamina. Both are near to primary pops.

Am I right in saying that conc and cons train at the same rate? Assume one batting and one fielding on one dude and one bowling and one fielding on the other. Obviously both same age.

They act like modifiers. Think of the link between playmaking and stamina in HT. Batting and concentration, and bowling and consistency go together in a similar fashion on BT.

IF you have a high batting batsman with low concentration, he is likely to hit a big score one day, and the next 3 matches will get out for low scores.

A low batting, high conc batsman will be more likely to play above his station (ie can stay in a while), but not necessarily as quickly scoring as a higher primary one.

For bowling, high bowling, low cons could mean a great game and take multiple wickets purely on their bowling, but more often than not they will take a wicket, but will go for lots of runs.

a low bowling, high cons the bowler won't necessarily get many wickets, but they have a better chance of keeping the runs down.

Obviously then you must take stamina into account too :)
