I am moving towards the foxy advice on 1 mannetweek per player per skill with my team. Must be the most efficient use of your limited nets. Never going to produce super stars of course, but I don't want them.

Well, it depends on how good the trainees are you can afford to single net!

but if you train 4 guys slowly rather than 2 guys fast then it still seems you must get more total improvement in the end.

I've been training all-rounders for 2 or 3 seasons on the basis of 1 bowling, 1 batting net, they're quite nice now, and have still been usable in matches, so I'd concur with this advice.

you should get a decent amount for either.

Sell one for a few million, and then get economists, and try to get yourself 80k interest every week, it really helps with the wages.

Just got relegated due to my team being crap it seems!!!!! I will probably sell Henson as Gravey is still quite low in wages and I can train him for another year without losing too much money.
