No follow up to the wicket and my 6th bowler is having a go.

End of Over 49 (1 runs). Marsh Harriers: 156-1, runrate=3.18

It's sunny in Yorkshire, I might never get them out [:|]

And so much for my dreams of a decent 1st innings lead...

End of Over 75 (3 runs). Garboldisham Casuals: 166-8, runrate=2.21
Lead by 1 runs. (Derbyshire 165-10)
2007-09-26 13:42:08
I'm 70 behind, and only 2 down, i'll declare at 450 and a lead of 170, which hopefully allows me 100 overs to bowl them out with 20 overs or so extra just incase and allows me a little batting time aswell.
2007-09-26 14:08:17
i'm gutted

End of Over 35 (Maiden). Celtic Wanderers: 105-10, runrate=3.00
Trail by 310 runs. (Sulhamstead CC 415-6 dec)
Challinor 3-1-7-4
Sura* 0 (8 balls)

I ended up with a 1st innings lead of 1 ! Go figure !

End of Over 23 (1 runs). Derbyshire: 40-5, runrate=1.74 (1st Inn: 165-10)
Lead by 39 runs. (Garboldisham Casuals 166-10)

Looks like both teams are still in 20/20 mode...

Strewth !

End of Over 33 (Maiden). Derbyshire: 64-10, runrate=1.94 (1st Inn: 165-10)

I declared on 308-4 with one player getting 146 off 151 and then bowled them out for 33 with a bowler getting 6-20. Pretty chuffed with winning inside two days as well which is good for my PFLs :)
2007-09-26 17:11:12
I won by an innings and 200 and something runs :) One of my opening bowlers took 7 for 30 something aswell :) Great start to my FC season I would say.
2007-09-26 17:11:35
Oh crikey ! 18-4 with 46 runs to get ! Help !!!
2007-09-26 18:01:10
Finally into the tail. But it's going to be very even at the close. Do I risk a low declaration to try to bowl them or just bat for the draw?

End of Over 120 (Maiden). Marsh Harriers: 347-7, runrate=2.89
Trail by 20 runs. (Leeds Apathetical 367-6 dec)
Geary 25-5-75-2

End of Over 4 (7 runs). Celtic Wanderers: 18-0, runrate=4.50 (1st Inn: 105-10)
Trail by 465 runs. (Sulhamstead CC 415-6 dec & 173-10)
Allan 2-0-12-0
Street* 8 (13 balls)
Khan 9 (12 balls)

felling better now, what do you reckon accounts for the difference between their 2 scores?
2007-09-26 18:15:42
Detiriorating pitch?

End of Over 7 (1 runs). White Rose CC: 21-2, runrate=3.00 (1st Inn: 281-10)
Trail by 154 runs. (Wolves 456-6 dec)
Tench 4-0-11-1
Huddlestone* 1 (4 balls)
Liddle 5 (11 balls)
Last Wicket: Read c. Wilson b. Tench 4 (FOW: 20/2)

going well for me, my batsmen got 230 not out, hopefully 1 more wicket today and it will have been a really good one, hopefully bowl them out for 170, but 200ish should be manageable, maybe a few more aswell.
2007-09-26 18:16:05
pitch deterioration? That's the only thing that might cause a result in mine so you give me hope.
2007-09-26 18:17:25
7.4 W Convey to Huddlestone
Athleticism at its best. That one arced through the air, and Stratford, on his backfoot, has taken a wonderful leaping catch to his left to prevent the six and send Huddlestone on the long walk home.

And there goes the 3rd, can I be greedy? Yep, 1 more wont go amiss.
