anytime, mate. now it is my turn to finally listen to the maccabees; it'll happen soon but having failed to secure a ticket for last saturdays the cribs gig i got frustrated with british indie music for a couple of days. luckily my flatmate is into mozart and schubert nowadays. ;)

haha not me mate plus id never go to kirkby,its a craphole :P most people say its all about drugs but to me its not.i can easily go to a rave and not take any drugs.ive had bad experiences with drugs and learnt from my mistakes :)

Kirkby is a dive; I've had to work up there with Ashfield council and I saw some interesting sights.

If I went raving I'd definitely take whatever I could get my hands on in order to drown out the music!

DLed the Good Shoes album "Think before you Speak" the other day. Listened to it about ten times since. Very good, and worth a look if it is your bag.

Modest Mouse are interesting, the missus DLed them because they kept popping up on the "people who liked this also like" link. Kind of a Cure / Mental as Anything / Talking Heads sound. The singer is quite Byrne-esque, flying off in random directions with his syllables.

Modest Mouse are good. I've been listening to Los Campesinos!, Page 44 and Sergeant recently. All are really good british indie bands so you should all DL some of there stuff (especially "Sweet Dreams Sweetcheeks" by Los Campesinos!, it's a great song).
