Bit of an update.Ive managed to get rid of the DLL's using Norton 2007 which were downloader virus's and now its running great and nothing is closing itselfs down so now i can do an online trojan scan although Norton 2007 really slows my PC down.Which is the best anti virus cos AVG and Avast didnt even pick these virus's up and i cant use Norton with it slowing my pc down
Use AVG. Trust me.
But make sure - and this is the important part - make absolutely sure that you update AVG regularly. Once a day at least.
And stop downloading porn, cracked games and illegal mp3s.

It would help if the update would work.I just get the box come up with the update info then were it says ''server'' it keeps saying ''closing connection'' or attempt on connection blah blah'' then it closes.Ive got no threats on my pc or anything cos i had to do a system recovery due to nothing loading on start up

What firewall are you using? If AVG can't connect to it's own server, then something is stopping it from doing so. Could it be your firewall?

Im using Zonealarm and im just using the free edition of AVG and its working fine now :)
sounds like a lot of hard work to me, i would have thought a rebuild would have been easier, and probably from the sounds of it still a good option, as it would appear there is plenty of spyware on your machine at the moment,
