Subject: What should I eat?
I lost 2.5 stone in the last 4 months.
Had to go cold turkey on booze for 2 months.
Also lots of bike riding, tennis and squash.
I was over 16 stone which just wasn't healthy for a 6 footer.

Yeah ive just been running and playing football been doing about 30 miles a week running and playing football twice. So really enjoying it as ive now joined a running club and been doing a fair few races.
I kind of watch what i eat but am now at a stage where i need to eat a fair bit due to the amount of exercise.

I'm too skinny for my liking but I can't seem to be able to do anything about it no matter how much I eat because of my metabolism and the fact that I play a lot of tennis and football. I'm small anyway, about 5"5/6, but I only weigh 8 stone. And it doesn't even mean that I'm fit because I have an abnormality in my rib cage which restricts airflow so I run out of breath really easily.
don't worry mate, one of the reasons is that your still young i wasn't really able to put on muscle until i reached about 20.
Nah, it's just lack of calories. Teens (depending on metabolism and exercise levels) can eat upwards of 7000 calories a day and not put fat on. To eat that much food is very, very hard, though. I eat 3500-4000 when I am trying to gain, and I feel sick quite a lot of the time.
