Subject: Video Conversion

I have just recorded a movie on my camera and inserted into my computer but when i was going to input on windows movie maker it wasnt allowed and it says it requires avi. mpeg, e.t.c. but mine is .MOV all it is quck time video, how do i change this format to a required format?

I know rad video tools always used to be able to do that, could try looking them up.
