Subject: Hattrick changes

I'm completely confused now and can't really be bothered to work them out.

They should get somebody to translate the editorials into English.

what the changes are =

HT=SK now!

multi skill players are better

lower skills train quicker

Stamina all important for all players

Stamina and set pieces now get general training if players are selected for a match.

mulit skill players benefit the team in other areas.

they only need a match veiwer now GEEZ.

They've said they want one!

They're only creeping towards multiskilled player though. 3 Skills is as much as are useful and difficult to achieve. Whereas in Sokker you really must have 4+ skills even in the early days

People of hattrick have been moaning about the fact that sk looks like hattrick ( It doesn't make sense though). Now it's time to moan back.

Important thing is:

Sokker > Hattrick

In order to introduce a 2d match engine to HT, they'd have to fundamentally change the way it works. At the moment it works on the assumption that each team gets so many chances per game, where sokker calculates a far larger number of factors, as it's a linear series of events. I can't see how HT could handle the extra calculations, and by extension server time, for the 900k+ users they have.

Yep. But: 1.000.000 vs 53.000 means that we have no chance on convincing them.

Btw, some investigations brought a light to why many hattrick players are so negative about sokker, it's because they felt like as if sokker players hate hattrick players. By saying things like you just say ( but others things as well)

Not the players, I feel sorry for them, they are being taken advantage of. This game is fundamentally better, and if they're too daft to realise that because of a perception, then that's their issue. I have no idea where new players come from, they are all welcomed equally.

My "why should I stay"thread seems to have gone down a treat, with most either saying quit, or if you wanted to quit why didn't you?

Atm my only reason for staying is the SK thread in HT global, I think we've managed to attract quite a few users through that thread tbh, and feel it would be a shame to leave it.

I have seen loads of threads like that, its an elitist thing, mostly people say as you said above....if you are a mod or something people start dropping down at your feet.
