ironically, I did.

I was in India, but could not get through to our IM helpdesk based in Kolkata via the internal number.

Therefore rang the old IM helpdesk in Manchester. However that's an empty room now as it got shit. That then diverts to Kolkata & hey presto, I got to speak to my IM colleague.

He couldn't help me.
