I've just taken advantage of the drop to £349 to get one of the final 60GB PS3s.

Anyone else here with a PS3 with an online ID?

I don't, tad too expensive for me.

I thought so, but bit the bullet when they dropped the price to £349 / £299. Traded in my ancient fat PS2 for a 60GB PS3 with 2 free DVDs and 2 free games. Seems better value to get the £50 more expensive version with backward compatability

Watched Casino Royale on Blu-ray last night - the first time I've used the HD feature on my telly!!

You will regret ditching your PS2 if you have a wedge of PS2 games, as backwards compatability is by no means complete.

I went for the xbox 360 after having playstations, not regreted it, and I wanted Forza 2.
