Subject: Screwed up lineup

For some reason, my TRAINEES played my league game today!

I set my lines TWO WEEKS in advance, and NEVER have used my trainees for a league match.

What a boring game .. 0-0 .. wonder if anyone else had this happen to them today?

I have had it in the past. Saved the lineup, and then something happened where it defaulted to the lineup from the friendly 5 days earlier, even though lineup was saved.

Happened to me at least 4 times last season; I lost three of those, costing me a probable autopromotion.

The usual reason for this is if you look at a future match, the "default" lineup is going to be the last one you used. If you don't actually go into "squad" and save the orders, then it will change to the last one you used (which will be the friendly) before the match.

Correct, however, I have seen it spit that out if you make changes to a previous match even though you have saved the later match (i.e. you set the Sunday lineup then do the friendly the week before, it has kicked out the Sunday instructions).

As I said, I have set ALL lineups for both League and Friendlies at least two weeks in advance in case I'm going to be away from home for an extended period of time.

Mine are now set for the next two weeks, too ... let's see what happens.
