Due to my poor week in training I upgraded my staff..A Magical head coach replaced my Brilliant one which replaced my incredible assistant that was sacked. Now I have a Magical Head Coach, 3 Brilliant assistants....This weeks training must be good...

its a fiscal thing. At whatever point I promote I'll replace one and when I confirm I'll survive, I'll replace the other.

I'm sure with 8 mio in the bank you can afford a stadium upgrade and 5 magical coaches.

i'm gonna buy 1 defender and with the rest i'll put it in to my stadium ;)

Its all calculated...I am not losing much between home and away game there fore it is time to invest in a new coach. I hope to get few random pops for the guys that I am going to sell next year. I wish I had the time/opportunity to get more Magical assistants....In my opinion the future in this game is training and youth players.....thats only my opinion...

Training being the future in this game is a fact. There is no way possible for a team to succeed any other way. You could scrap the junior squad and stadium and probably still be competitive.

I had an incredible until last week. He worked just fine - he was unearthly in everything I needed training in, and mediocre everywhere else.

well, that is a different topic...assistants attributes and so on...

on a related subject...how big of a spread should you have in coach ratings? In other words, assume one coach is formidable, and you switch your coaches around for training purposes. how far above or below that should you go for your other coaches (not including junior's coach)?

Considering the importance Tactical Discipline is having (since i switched to a magical i could see the difference), i think you should have around the same so you don't feel the drop when you have to switch to another coach.
