I'm getting sick of everybody else's random pops. I guess my team is too old to get randoms anymore. I had 0 this week.

I understand your frustration, but I was in the same boat up until this week. I really was due for at least a couple. Five maybe was as bit much, but I'll take it.

Trained tech.

21yo mid to outstanding
19yo mid/winger to excellent

19yo backup defender to very good playmaker
2008-01-18 04:49:29
trained striker...

19 yo def to average in pm
18 yo mid to average in stamina
22 yo def to solid in stamina
20 yo mid to adequate in stamina
20 yo mid to hopeless in passing and average in striker
22 yo mid to verygood in stamina

how long does it take to get decent pops in striker? sheesh!

Do you have any idea how talented your trainees are? Talent, age, how high the level is you are trying to get to, and your coach's skill level in what you are training all affect how long it takes to pop.

to be honest...i'm guessing at what level most of them are in talent. a few i can gauge because i had them as juniors--and yes i know it isn't quite the same. but...how many weeks of drought do i have to have!

oh, the inhumanity!

From weak to average should be no more that 2 weeks to pop. If he doesn't pop get rid of him.
2008-01-18 21:05:35
I like how you give pratical answers :)
2008-01-18 21:23:19
:)

Fair talent and low age should go like this:

poor to adequate (2 weeks per pop)
good to excellent (3 weeks per pop)
formidable to outstanding (4 weeks per pop)
Incredible to brillaint (5 weeks per pop)
Magical (6 weeks)
Unearthly (7weeks)
Divine (don't know yet)

Pace does train slower, I did not beleive it at first but it does. Lucky will take 4 weeks of pace training to go to formidable pace (instead of 3); although he might be realy close to poping and I can't tell.

6 pops in pace

7 random pops ^_^

Good week for me.

I also had 7 pops in pace last week.

New team btw, so all low level pops but hey... I'm not complaining.

trained striking

no training pops - this was pretty much expected. I anticipate doing better next week.

one of my starting defenders popped to outstanding defense though, that's cool.

Trained Passing, results are much better than the last 2 weeks:

Total Pops: Form (+24 -11)=+13, Tact (+6 -2)=+4, Stam +1, Pass +4, Defe +1, Stri +1
