You are right guac. Training older players in pace is not the solution. I understand his frustration but with all honesty he did not have a team good enough to compete in A-league. If he would somehow get promoted he would have get relegated the following year. His players were older therefore there was not much room for improvement. He should start all over and use a mentor to guide him this time.....

have about 3 mill +. And a few player that i like to keep. I have one incredible player coming out in 2 weeks, 1 outstanding as well.

Hopefully these 2 players will help my new MASTER plan a little.
And keep up the advise about training and such.

And, yes i did make a mistake over all with my team, i figure that i can still stay up in B this season, if not, not a big concern.
I upgraded my stadium to 24000 yesterday, and then decided to ask about the biggest one, onlt to find out that, not gonna happen anytime soon, geuss i could have used that money on players, but that´s the good thibg about not "really" caring so much about the game as i used to do, maybe not.

grab a mentor to talk about your MASTER plan...

Most mentors would strongly suggest against training older players in pace for a new team, for example (your previous tactic ;) )
