Subject: question

i had a guy pop to outstanding pace in 4 weeks and now 5 weeks passed and he didnt pop to incredible pace. how did this happen?

it means he probably shouldn't have popped to outstanding in 4 weeks, but he just barely did.

He'll pop next week for sure, making his formidable to incredible training 10 weeks, or 5 a week ;)

I see this happen a lot with my players, albeit at lower levels (like good - formidable)

i was really surprised that this happen...at first i couldnt believe it! LOL I kept on clicking on the players icon for 5 min. to see if it would change but it didnt :/

I've had players pop to VG pace in 5 weeks, and I was like WTF damn it, this guy's talent is done. Then they would pop to excellent in 3 weeks and I'd be like hmm.

keep in mind at higher levels pop rate will decrease.
