Just shows that if you get lucky with talent on 16yo they can become highly useful players.

I know, but since him i haven't had a 16 YO Pull.....and i'm tring..........i try to keep all the early pull with around 10-12 weeks to go, but not luck!!

Byron Arena started out at 16, better than Madsen, with low-4 talent.

I wonder if he's got a chance of reaching those levels at 22?

madsen was 3x excellent in week two of the season when he was 18 :)

I wonder what I'm doing wrong then? Coach not good enough?

Exactly.

None of the main skills for striker/attacker are at the unearthly level of training.

I have 3 coaches that I rotate to main depending on the training I am doing. This gives me unearthly in the skill of training for that week.

Your assistants are too weak, too. To get really lucky you need to get effective general training. Your assistants won't get you that.

OK, I have 2x outstanding and 1x incredible. What levels should I be shooting for?

those coaches are ok for the A league :)
