having a couple of million in the bank account doesnt seem poor to me ;)
Well it is actually 7.2 million, but I am short 2 defenders :)
And you are using most of it on Rakes Bakes Doody Cakes, baby!
If it makes you fell better, I'm taking EVERY CENT I get from you, and adding $2m, and buying a 22 year old replacement defender.... :)
To stay on topic - I've got a 26 weeker that is coming out mid-brilliant. FINALLY GOT ME A DECENT ONE!

I'm going to try and get Rakes too. I'm a bit disgruntled about the competition. I didn't think I would have any if I threw my 5 million out early.
I'm listing Jamal Hoff in the morning though so that should get me a pretty penny as well.

That unearthly pace is nice in a sweeper.... It won't go much higher - $5m was a fair price for him.
I have a divine pace defender already :)
But I do want all of my defenders to be stealthy.

i need to buy the hoff dude.
he fits my trainign plan nicely, too.

damn, i'm broke. can't buy the hoff unless you wait a few.
An update on Claude Byrd... he's had a couple of pops at 3 weeks. If the next one (or the one after) happens at 3 weeks, he'll come out brilliant. Otherwise, he's coming out incredible.
I hope he's got at least "unsatisfactory" striking, which is the lower limit I put on striker trainees. If he doesn't, I'll have to sell, which is unfortunate because I'm trying to move towards all home-grown trainees.
The nice thing is that Haggin, who's coming out next season, is a 3.5 talent so far... He's 20 weeks out which would but him at at least brilliant, I think. If I can get a relatively talented YP every two or three seasons, I'll never have to hit the market for trainees again.
