Subject: coach overall skill

For a main coach, does his overall skill matter? Or just his skill in what you want to train and any secondaries he may have? Thanks.

his overall skill does not matter...

what matters is the skill you are training. you should have the skill you are training at unearthly. the rest as high as possible for general pops :)

Player`s team work depends on head coach`s overall skill.

i think my players perfomed better since i have a magical HEad COACH (Previously incredible)

i mean i had couples with Divine (greer and Heaps) before the break, and then went down as i had to switch to a Brilliant for training purpose

out of my 10 mid trainees if i counted right 7 have unearthly team work...the lowest one has formidable because i didnt really use him in the break...

all my first teamers are incredible with an outstanding coach. I got a very nice excellent coach today, so we will see what the impact is. He is unearthly in two areas I am training and good secondaries.

Sorry if i say this.......but while you are not using the Magical as MAin Coach, why not using him for Youth Coach???

my youth SUCK! the best talent i have right now is a 4.5 talent and he is at incredible 5 reject....

when i see a nice youth coming i will change my youth coach...i dont think its worth it right now... ;)

i can tell you that with a MAgical you can train a Weak pull with 28-30 weeks to a decent Pull. And since i have the magical i'm able to keep 25-30 young players in my list!!

Then you need to be lucky.

I don't know how long you have that incredible youngster and the magical coach, but if you have that coach since the beginning you will probably have a Brilliant-Magical pull material right now instead of an incredible-brilliant.

my player will hit brilliant...

if i had a magical coach he would of probably hit magical...but would it be worth it? what if he just comes out as a worthless player with adequate stamina and 20 yo?

i dont think its worth it...
