a couple of other managers and I were having a talk about training the other day...one of them thinks they read that subs for a game get some benefit as well as those that actually play...is this true? i don't see it in the rules, but...

subs dont get ANY training unless they get playing time...

So....a half time sub would get how much training? And that was the only time they played that week.

Theorically if it is a training position, it will get a little less than 50% in official games. If it was a Friendly game consider even less.

In my way to see training i consider Official games (90 minutes play)95%of training, Friendly games 88%. This IMO.

Thanks. Do Cup games count as official games? I'd think they would.
