okay. so I have this 20 year old stiker. Orien Derosario

He has good talent (3 week lower pops, 4 weeks to excellent and formidable). here are his stats right now:

formidable stamina, tragic keeper
adequate pace, good defender
poor technique, adequate playmaker
poor passing, formidable striker

I am going to be training tech for the last 7 weeks of this season, then more striking for the first half of next. I foresee him being about average tech by the end of this season.

My question is: Would I do better to sell him now, since I really need some cash (-200k right now), or hold on to him for a little while longer, or long term?

Thanks for any input

you'd only get him to average tech in 7 weeks? how are your coaches looking?

i'd say keep him though nonetheless :)

well, I'm only in my 2nd season. So I am still in C so my coaches are only VG, but my head has unearthly in what I train.

But, in 7 weeks, with a 3 week talent, thats 2 pops plus 1 week....poor -> weak -> average. Unless I am missing something??

so your head coach has unearthly in tech and you have 3 very good assitants?

if so, i would expect 2 week pops from poor to weak, from weak to average, and from average to adequate...

so at least adequate tech i would say..

You will get ripped off by the market if you sell him now. Somebody will pick him up and train him for a few weeks and make a handy profit.
