depends on his age. if 19, might still be salvagable with a bad distribution.

20 though, is a different story. You'd be surprised what you can do with talented trainees though. I've got a guy who came out outstanding with 4.0 talent and he had miserable speed and passing. But he had VG defense and was 18 for a third of the season.

He's now 20, and gets marks in the upper 40s in his role as essentially a wingback.

Sometimes it's a matter of being creative with talented players, and timing as far as what your training plans are for the next 2-3 seasons.

That's true. I had a divine junior come out as a 20 year old in the last week of last season. His distribution was good for my training purposes, but because of the fact that I typically train players with very low striking skills and high secondaries, he's out of synch with my other players.
