So, I have this junior that is 4 weeks out, should come out excellent. The thing is, I'm really curious what you guys think his real talent would be. Since I am only in C league, my juniors coach is only outstanding. This kid has a 4 week talent under this outstanding coach. My head coach always has unearthly in what I am training, so I am just curious what his talent might be under a head coach of that caliber.

Here is his screenshot.

with a magical youth coach he would have have a ~3.5-3.75 talent :)

it is hard for us C League teams to justify a magical coach.

Of course! The point is - this player is about as talented as you reasonably can expect. He might be worth keeping and training unless his skill distribution stinks.

I guess I didn't really phrase my question very clearly. What I meant to ask is, under a Head Coach that is UNEARTHLY in what I am training, what might I expect his talent to be?

depends what level he is popping to, and the level of your assistants ;)

gem... his talent is a constant, its the average number of weeks it took him too pop from one skill level to the next in youth school... with a coach that is uneathly in his skill pops should look like this(i got it from lakay...)

Good talent and low age should go like this:

poor to adequate (2 weeks per pop)
good to excellent (3 weeks per pop)
formidable to outstanding (4 weeks per pop)
Incredible to brillaint (5 weeks per pop)
Magical (6 weeks)
Unearthly (7weeks)
Divine (don't know yet)

like i said, talent is constant, the rate at which he pops once out of the youth school is dependent on coach skill talent and playing time
