Subject: C Leagues

First you are saying it is impossible and then that they would have to rewrite the code??? So which one is true? If they can rewrite the code then it is possible i guess.

i do not think it is too difficult to do and as i said before i think that is how they do it in the lowest Polish league and they have the most experienced so maybe it is a good idea.

NOw you say that playing bots is not really boring? if there are two or three relatively strong bots out of what a hundred? then it does not prove your point. besides even if there is a strong bot in a C league that does not make things more interesting.Playing a real user is always better.

now every user that is currently in a C league that i have talked to so far has agreed with me that a suggested change would be nice.

why are you posting actually? you do not want the changes? if they are difficult or whatever let the admins decide if they want to do it or not. or you are just posting for your own satisfaction that if there are no changes it will be thanks to you? please explain it to me

Not possible to do _now_ When they will rewrite game (league) code for US it will.

I want to have changes but with switching bots into managed teams (to choose which a bot team to switch). If admins will keep an eye on them then a C-lvl will be more attractive.

Also you are saying that people are leaving a C-lvl because is boring there. I know people which left because they can not to make a B-lvl (they lost against bot teams regular games or a qualifying match)

I agree with finding some way of getting more actual people in the C leagues. This is my first year and there was only one other person in my league. Not suprisingly we were 1 and 2 and i was looking forward to the game between us at the end of the season. The only problem is that they stopped playing and were replaced just before the game. Not suprisingly i won the match easily and the whole season came down to the fact that i am the only one who lasted not any skill or ability. The lack of competition in the C league made if somewhat boring and if some of my friends were not users i would have given it up long ago.

you mean they lost against bots who were in the B league? I think it is a problem too. I think these teams should be eliminated from the game (not relegated to a C league but they should just disappear). I have a bot in my B league and he will end up 5th. He will probably stay but i would prefer a real user in his place so i am hoping the bot will lose the playoff game. Unfortunately it would go to some C league where it would block the first place for the real users.

I still think this together with reorganization of C leagues is possible :)

tell them to suck less, use their brains on tactics more, and bash those bots.

I have bot in my too. Even he had once 2nd place!

Anyway just image a situation when that bot will loose qualifying game because of luck of his opponent. That bot will go to the group with managed teams and I will give you a word that he will take 1st place at C-lvl because of pace and technique of his players.

did you read the first post? they do beat all the bots. but the whole season comes to two games against the other real user (who also beat all the bots). so you wait 3 months to play two games. also that opponent sometimes happens to be a team that used to be in a B league and hence has much more money, bigger stadium and better players. even if this team advances then there is another B league team coming down.

BUT THAT IS NOT EVEN THE POINT. did you see anybody from a C league complaining about the idea? yet there are a lot of complaints that the game is boring (only two interesting games per season) not that it's difficult to advance.

Please if you guys are not playing in a C league and do not care then DO NOT respond to these posts. but if you do please read WITH UNDERSTANDING

I'm not because it is a easiest way to keep games at C-lvl more attractive (to play against stronger bot). My suggestion is to eliminate weakest bots.

you actually agreed with the idea of cutting down to 32 teams before...

the strong bots are not a problem for me. i do think though that if there is a bot with an average grade above 35 and it goes to a C league where there is one or two users it will be unnecessarily difficult for new users how start at what? 20?

still this is not the biggest issue.

if there is a strong bot but there are 5 or 6 real users besides it, then it will be more interesting anyway

I do not understand what is the fun of playing with bots...it is clear that there are too few users in the C-league, it seems clear
that we should change, cut in half the number of C leagues would be a solution, any other solution would be fine as well.
