Subject: Junior School

Okay, so I have 5 youths that will be ready to pull by the end of week 5. All of them are solid+ with a few at formidable..

Should I pick up a better coach for these 5 weeks and milk these youths for as many pops as possible?

EDIT- I'm somewhat poor at the moment, just shy of $100k.. I have an execellent coach now also..

The better coach likely wouldn't increase the number of pops that much with that small an amount of time left until they are pulled. If you've got some youths that are still 20+ weeks out, and you can afford the increase in wage to upgrade your youth coach, then, sure, you should do it.

I have a VG and a Solid with like 10-14 weeks left..

upgrade to outstanding/incredible as soon as you can afford it. I don't think an excellent youth coach is worth the money.

whats a decent amount to pay for an incredible coach?

simply cuz I wanna get these guys to essentially pay off for my team and hopefully make some money. I've been barely staying alive =/

less than 25k wage.

I don't know about purchase price, I pull my own coaches.

$6250. It'll will tell you how much it will cost before you pull, so you can check to see and then not pull the coach.

what is the difference between excellent and outstanding JC in terms of skill pops? Is there a big difference?

It's been so long since I had an excellent youth coach that it's impossible for me to say first hand. I'd say if you're going to make an improvement, improve at least two levels.

I don't know what you would consider "big" but I would defiantly recommend the Outstanding coach.

How would an outstanding coach effect the skill pops compared to a excellent coach if a players skill is negated. By difference i meant, lets say i have a youth player called Tony, lets also say that Tony is a telented boy, how quickly will tony pop up in skill if he were under an outstanding coach compared to an excellent one?

I have outstanding. Average is 5.2 and min. 4

It will effect each player differently depending on the players talent.

Lets say Tony pops every 5 weeks with the excellent coach. My guess would be that with the outstanding coach he would pop every 4.5 weeks.

Thanks Dagwood that was what i wanted to know, basically if the guy is about 20+ weeks away then it's worth it.
