Possibly took only 2 weeks to pop in a v low skill. Dunno what the 'no exception' thing is about.

check the public note, in the middle is 2 pace training

If anyone is interested in him, I'll be training him in pace for the remainder of the season, and selling him at the beginning of next season.

I would sell him now if I were you, a few levels in def from now to next season will make him more market pleasing than 2 levels of pace, imo.
