I've got this guy, and I don't know what to do with him. He is a 3.0 YS talent. I have currently 9 full-time trainees, and another defender that I've been double training on friendly days. ALL of my trainees have better than 4.0 YS talent, so I don't have any junk.
I have a dilemma. I can either keep this guy playing part-time with the defender and get him like 50% training or so, or I can sell him. OR I can sell another trainee (I have a 21 year old that I'm never going to turn into a ML starter) once he gets a pop or two and turn Billy into a full-time trainee. If he were 18 or 17 or 16, it would be a no-brainer. The question is, is a 19 year old ridiculously talented trainee worth a full-time training spot?
Your assistance is appreciated.

I'd sell the never-will-be 21 year old and get this guy to training full time.
Even at 19, I would go with him. Sell the 21 yo for a proffit and train him.
I don't think I can get enough $$ for a 19 year old with those stats. No one will pay me ENOUGH of a premium for a 3.0 talent.... How could I sell him for $5k or something and let someone else turn him into a $3m player?
Does it really matter when you can make 3m+ off a better player?
If I sell the 21 year old for $3m, how do I turn that into $6m? (Nanook looks around confused, hoping for guidance and/or booze).
by training a new trainee instead of Billy
Whats the difference in turning a 5K trainee into 3M or turning a 3M trainee into 6M?
takes the same amount of time

What I meant is, the $3m 21 year old is talented, so there would be no reason to sell him to buy another talented trainee. Just because he won't start for me doesn't mean he's not a good trainee - he was a 3.75 YS talent when I bought him, and is popping like hotcakes since. It is just that I have better 20 year olds at his position....
Your guy at 19 is way better than Billy, though.
If someone gave me decent money (he is a 3.0), I'd think about selling him. Hence option #1 on my poll.
That is a tough poll. Especially since you train MID and he has that unsatisfactory passing. I'd take him as a striker trainee if he was younger.
