Subject: Free Kick Taker

What skills do you look at when determining your set pieces/free kicker guy?

Playmaking + shooting

no passing?

PM and passing, if those are equal I go with shooting. basically like 40-40-20.

No passing because on close range free kicks I need to shoot on target not to pass a ball, other way they are going to make a pass. IMO high PM allow to pass a ball from long range good enough.

thought be careful who you hand free kicks to because it will drag them out of position sometimes.

I know, even I heard that is better to leave that option empty :|

thats what i do... i use to make it my centermid... but i got tired of him running all over the field.

have ur keeper take the free kicks: maximum style points if the ball goes in the net

That is what I do and when he scores, i have a huge 'INSANE STUNT BONUS' flash my screen

is this really a good idea? Sounds like it, but when this occurs, isn't that also taking a big risk? Just curious if anyone ever had a goal scored on you because keeper couldn't get back.

my keep scores every free kick he takes so he has time to get back

LOL- Nice! Well I'll try it in a friendly match next time- but my keep is not a striker at all.
