So what is the strategy you use when you only have one match per week at the end of the season? Does everyone just train stamina to get the most guys trained? That's tough when most of your starters already have formidable stamina. How important is it to boost those stud trainees with lousy stamina?

play anyone of trainable age if pace, sometimes you'd want to do b-team players who are worth a lot or who are future starters if some of your starters are 25+

stamina trains everyone. not just the players that play. so it doesn't matter who starts and who doesn't play. it might be a wasted week for a couple of players who are already at formidable pace, but they get the secondary skill training that comes with training everyone so its not a waste.
I like Pace training, since I seem to get a lot of random stamina pops with other training
it just seems a bit useless to not do something that maximizes your training capabilities... you're only training half of what you could possibly train this week in every skill except stamina...
I am training stamina this week. I'm training pace because my team doesn't need 2 weeks of stamina training.
half my team has max stamina, so I can either train half my team in stamina or half in pace.
yes, but the following week you can either train half your team in stamina or twice as much in pace. Ie if you EVER need to train stamina for the half who isn't maxed, might as well do it that week.
I don't have a trainee that I am keeping with less than solid stamina. I don't NEED 2 weeks of stamina training damnit.
My head coach has unearthly stamina, I get quite a few pops during the season.
lets say that i'm too cheap too get a new coach just for stamina ( unearthly) what kind of pops can i expect with an incredible stamina coach?
