Subject: Team USA Scouts

I'm announcing a new bureaucratic system that involves the NT. From now on, I would like to have scouts that assist the USA NT. Expectations of these scouts could be to track USA U-21 players (most important) and closely watch current NT members by watching form and occasionally inquiring about skills.

Scouts do not receive benefits, just increased participation in the game and USA NT.

Positions:

USA NT Coach: kysupercat

USA Assistant Coach/Keepers Scout: pride

USA Defenders Scout: MacRacing

USA Midfielders Scout: fromastaflex

USA Forwards Scout: FutbolAmerica

USA 16 YO Scout: MacRacing

***If you have a player currently on the NT, mail me skill increases directly. If your player is not on the NT, pass him on to the scouts.***

How about asking Guacamole if he would like to make another one of his Excel spreedsheets to help with the scouts. A universal sheets for all positions.

The Juniors Spreedsheet he has out now is great. A similar one to help track incoming prospects would be just as great.

Don't think I have time to be a scout, but will sk-mail the scouts about players in my own league if that will help?

You'll have to let me know what you'd want this spreadsheet to have on it.

Name, Age, Value, Form, Skills, and I guess being the Forward Scout I wouldnt mind a statistics spot as well... And what kind of training they are recieving as well.

I have nothing to do with this, but I thought I'd weigh in. I would like something that can track my chocolate consumption, and can prompt me when I have not had enough.

I have a sweet tooth, like Violet Beaurigard.

Dude, do this yourself. Open excel, make cell A1 read Name, B1 read Age, etc.

Then type in the stuff :)

To all managers who have a USA NT Forward hopeful or know of one in their series, I am ready to start taking in names for the database.

We have had a couple managers help us out but there is no youth out there...

Get those Incredible-Divine Youth Coaches and lets get some talent in a couple seasons!

And we still need a Defender Scout... Some one out there must do the boring training.

Keep those prospects coming.

I have a 19 yo solid striker with some decent technique. If he ever turns into anything I'll let you know.

i already have a magical youth coach and have pulled 2 outstanding players from my youth squad. the first i sold. the 2nd is a good defender that i'm working on...

He's about 10 levels too low in technique, and about 5 levels too low in pace anda bout 5 levels too low in stamina.
