Subject: USA Potential Future Star Season 14

I'm cancelling the "Long Term" Training project. Maybe I should have advertized it more, but we're not getting enough users interested in dedicated a training spot beyond optimum training age. We'll still keep track of our high level youths. 17 or 18 yos with a good skill distribution and/ or High talent (less than 3.5) should be posted here even if they don't reach "Incredible".

Post only USA youths to come out this season @ Incredible or Higher with 3 to 5 weeks talent. Players with 3.0 weeks talent (4 consecutive pops @ 3 weeks) should also be listed here regardless of level reached.

1) Will come out of the youth school this season.

2) Talent of 3 to 5 weeks

3) Will come out Incredible or higher or has 3.0 weeks talent.
