it's important cause we are about to start a friendly league that right now is suppose to end in the 14th week so it would be better (for the participants) if the war thing happened in the week 15th

The deadline to register will be week 14 but the NSW itself will be played on week 15 ... so you will be fine if your friendly league ends on week 14.

That goes without saying but admitting a problem is the first step towards recovery ...
