From what I've read in the international forum there will be an announcement tomorrow about the creation of an official U21 NT squad next season.

^_^Well i don't think it is the case of a BIG mouth here, somebody decided to put a link in the country page for a new NT team and all of them say U21, ranking 87th.^_^

there's most of the news item being spread around the various forums in various fashions :)
