Subject: Benefits of an NT player?

I didn't see anything in the rules, or other threads. What is the benefit for having a player on the NT? Is there an experience boost or something? Is it just a "neat" thing to have? I had my biggest match of the season, and didn't notice my best player got hurt yesterday in the NT game. Can you ask to have your player sit out for certain matches, or is that considered poor form?

There's an extra training boost if he plays in NT game and he's in the same position that you train, for example he plays as a MID in a NT game, and you train whatever skill for MID. I think this boost has been calculated @ 33%, and i'm not sure if it is cumulative, or needed to reach 100% training. For example my Greer just pop to unearthly Passing in 6 weeks of training, and @25YO it's a pretty fast pop for that level, and i believe he play 1 game only in NT in this period spam.
Injuries seems to heal a little faster if the player is in the NT team. My Heaps needed 3 -4 days less to heal when he got injured in a NT game: i'm not sure if the injury has to happen in NT game to heal faster
Downside, are injuries risks.

i think the 33% is if he hadnt played a normal match, so bonus would be less
i tend to not tell NTs about my really important players because it effectively doubles their risk of injury. my winger would make his team for sure. ive had bad luck with NT injuries. haha one time i had one of my players injure another one of my own players when they played against eachother in a NT game

A friendly suggestion. Take that offer. Players being sold for that price on nowadays are quite rare.
As you know the older the player gets, the more his value will decrease. He is great player, I guess his value will start to go down in a few seasons. But still, take that 18,75m €.
I have also noticed you have several other star strikers. So selling him and buying players for other positions won´t do any bad for your team.
