I was wondering how are the managers feeling about the ideea of teams borrowing/landing players to other teams for 1/2 or one full season like in real life! We all know, in real life, when a team has young kids players, but no place to train them, they usually give the players to teams in inferior leagues... They sometimes even play part of the salaries, or the bottom teams pays a small amount for landing a good player to them (good for the team in the inferior league)...
For example, on top league, for a team to grow kids is almost impossible... So, they usually land players to smaller teams that might agree with it... I know this might contradict a little the ideea of transfers and might help in "cheats" like helping a lower team... But with some strong rules about how we can do this, I think we can avoid such problems... But the ideea seems great to me and it is borrowed from real life sokker!
I am curious what are your opinions about this! Please write here! :) Good luck in the Q-game coming in a few minutes! :)

The problem in this kind of management.......is how do you do it???
i mean if i lend you 1 of my youngster that, let's say, i could sell on the market for 500k, and you train him for 1 season and then the player comes back to me. At this point i could easily sell the player for more money, but basically you train HIM.
Or let's say that i have a player that need PACE, but i don't train PACE, so i lend the player to a PACE trainer and then when he comes back i have a complete player, while in his team probably never play.
I think the lend\borrow thing on this kind of games will take out the Tactical\strategy aspect of setting up a line up that maximixe training and can make you win games.

i know, ive thought about and really like the idea, but itd take a lot of thinking and effort to limit the possibilities of abuse.. definitely too much planning and effort on the creators part to feel like doing
Yeap... It will definitely need heavily thinking... With strong rules to eliminate possible cheating... But I think if more managers will like it, then probably the people will start thiking about it! And come up with rules... If the sokker team will come up that it is a good ideea, I am sure we will come up with suggestions for eliminating possible cheats! :)
For example, you can land that player that needs pace to a team in a lower division, but you will have to pay some $ for the salaries and so on... The other team must need such player and he could ask for a % from the next sale... That can be implemented here... So both teams will win from this! Of course, you cannot take him back until the end of the "landing contract"...
But it definetely need heavily thinking this ideea.... But really, it comes from the real world and I think we can implement it in the future... We just need to be open and seek how to do it in a good way! % from a future sale is for example an idea that can come with it... Etc.. just imagine :).

loan players has been on the list of ideas on and off a bunch, when it's fully thought out from the perspective on balance and cheating it's always determined to be unworkable and a bad addition
2 insurmountable problems: Buddies helping eachother being unfair, and the rich teams getting richer by having their good players be loaned out to get training, coming back to their team and selling them for huge profits.

I still believe if a well thought is given to this idea such that what you told me will not happen, and then the game will have something to win... For example, to implement rules like you can land the player, but then the team landing has to pay an amount or a percentage from the players full value or something like this. Or the team getting the player has the first option to buy the player at 3-4 times its value... And so on! It should be done (if implemented) such that it will not be always a good ideea to land the player...
Anyway, it is just a thougt! :)
