I've announced my candidacy and will gladly reply to any questions about my qualifications or thoughts on how U21 fits into the NT picture.

1 Week left in the Elections.

only 12% voted so far, Anything we can do to make more people vote???

i don't feel so bad about our turnout. Poland only has something like 5% voting. nvm that that is several thousand users... :P

whats your plan then? I'm somewhat familiar with your tactics because I'm in your league, but most of the rest of these guys are not. Are you going to focus on one thing, like finding U21 players for the upcoming WC which will be in 3 seasons, or are you just going to scout out 21 year olds at the beginning of each season?

My answer was:

I plan to:

Scout 18 to 20 y/o with assist by whoever would like to assist,
Assist managers, especially those with limited experience, in training these gems,
Utilize tactics that will be most opportunistic as determined by the skills of our players,
Hope to be able to give EVERY player on the team equal playing time during the 'friendly' season,
Openly invited participation by all USA managers in scouting the opposition teams and suggesting tactical methodology.

It's difficult to say who will be leader amongst r-U21 :)
I'm sorry if I cutting to conversation...

In my opinion this season is very essential in the preparation for the world championships.
The new design will prefer the game with offensive defenders and with shots of distance, therefore a role of midfielders will increase.
This season is testing abilities every teams, belongs now to appear from the advantage and to find optiumum tactics for the team.

With no questions being asked about U21 manager info, I hope that doesn't mean that the voting will be based on 'popularity' or 'league level'.

I think my experience, in SK, other sims, and IRL (I coached for almost 40 years) might be favorable for my candidacy.

well...since you asked...

as a near total incompetent and neophyte at this...i would say my single advantage lies in experimentation. i am willing to try new and unconventional...as well as preposterous...ideas in hopes of improving the team. after the would be my absolute, uncompromising willingness to accept help and input from others--because i am a near total incompetent and neophyte at this (but...i repeat myself)
