I am retired and can devote an immense amount of time to the project.
I've experimented with some different tactics (the 'stock' ones suck) to take advantage of the talents or lack of them of my players.
It will be very interesting and a good challenge (loved to be challenged!) putting together a group of superior talented players and seeing what they can do together.
Having coached for almost 40 years, I know I'm more experienced in "real life" along those lines, even if my coaching has been in other sports.

As i said in my Election thread, i had a feeling of lack of interest from other users at the beginning of the elections because of the Friendly Season for U21 NT, so i thought to act like a "Carry OVER" for this season: My main goal is to build an extended database of 17, 18, 19, 20YO players to be use in the next 2 U21 campaign, so whoever take charge next season will have an easily "scouting job". I don't think it will be easy to take care of a NT for a whole year (3 seasons), if USA qualify for the Finals in season 17.
Since i play Sokker for quite a long time i think i have acquired some experience in Tactics and players Skill, that i would like to take to the next level. And if i'm elected as a Nt coach this season, i may like to try it next season.

Yes, but only if it did not interfere with playing friendlies vs. teams from other continents, especially Europe.
