Well i could ban my self....for 2 days, but then what will i do in those 2 days?? i mean i'm jobless, and i've been playing games in those few days..............Soon or later i will have to come down to reality!!
Speciality?? As long as we are talking about real Italian Food, i like to work with Fresh homemade pasta, or stuffed like Ravioli. I don't mind prepare some dessert, but in this case my knowledge is really basic and probably to traditional!!
hey makaronierri, i have to say that you guys are more crazy about pasta than we (polish) are about potatoes (and we like'em!!!)
To get on topic, Yes play some 19 & 20 YO's.
But I thought Italians (I am a descendant) only called it macaroni, never pasta!

Macaroni is an "old" word.
Nobody call it macaroni in Italy anymore. The only time you heard this world is in some movies from the '50 or '60.
So if you are a descendant is probably the way your Grandfather used to call it and the way they taught you (my guess).

Thanks Dio, I did not know that.
I'll get to Italy one of these days!
As for CIOPPINO, you are correct.
There's a place in San Francisco called CIOPPINO's and they do make very good CIOPPINO!
