to repeat myself...because i was reminded of how to do this properly...this thread is where i hereby announce my unofficial official candidacy for the position of U21...umm...whatever this is.

i do have several seasons of sokker experience. i have a basic understanding of tactics. i have no experience and little understanding of international play. i have no working relationships with other managers...or at least not many.

so, if you want a near-incompetent for the position, then i am the one you are looking for.
