As I said, it now works ok, but hasa been 'flaky' over the past few weeks.
It's back!
When I click on a player on the TL who has a 'transfer topic', I get the following:
Player is for sale.
* Transfer topic
NO box to bid .. just that.
Does it for ALL the players I have in my 'File' with transfer topic listings.
How in hell can I bid on them? In fact, I can't even find them when I search for them by skills in the Transfer List!

if they are on your "file" list, they could be on a Transfer advertisement.

those arnt on TL list. those are on Transfer Annoucements...
Sorry, but this says:
Player is for sale.
Also, I can see ALL their skills in their team's Player listing, which is ONLY shown when they ARE on the Transfer List.
I just can't bid on them.

they are not on the transfer list.
owner is trying to sell them, they've created an announcement to discuss, but they are not yet formally listed. When you do a transfer announcement, the players' skills are shown.
"Player is for sale" should probably be worded "Player's owner is looking for offers" or something.

u can see their skills if they are just on transfer ads along with a topic being created
prove it to yourself by making a transfer ad on one of your own players, the same 'this player is for sale' box appears on your own players screen

okay i under stand that there is sometimes a delay between the game clock and the time a person's transfer window expires....but WHAT THE HELL. can someone take a look and figure out whats going on...i am more than just a little peeved.

that is crazy. i dont know what is going on there and that has never happened to me. but whoever got that price good for him.
