Subject: I am minus 1.4 million every season.

listen to that

and the money i dropped on my juniors coach is WELL spent. sold off several of my own junior trainees this season for several million and have a couple more that should do the same... if he's in B league he's making 120K or so a week in sponsorship money... if he isn't spending that much a week then he is turning a profit. money should be spent to continue to develop and attain better young talent to train and so on... theres no reason to fear losing money every year as long as your A) developing a better team, B) not spending frivolously, C) developing profitable trainees. the usefulness of profit from trainee sales far outweighs any possible weekly loss worries.

oh and btw, if you aren't selling out your ginormous arena constantly, then it was a big waste of money. i will say i do think stadiums are where a lot of managers waste a LOT of funds.

i dont see the jr trainees u sold

i thought the general training program was mainly from your assistants. i was planning on upgrading my assistants to excellent but i decided to up my junior coach to incredible instead. and right now my money is mainly going to upgrading new players....
i'm working on my trainees right now and i'll probably sell them at the end of the year when they're solid pace, very good tech, very good striking, so that's where i'll see the money. i haven't seen any benefit from my junior school though.
the b league i'm in has been very hard, a couple teams at the top are A league quality, and i only started sokker last spring so i only make around 80-90k in sponsors money depending on if i've been winning on not.

both individual and general training come mainly from your main coach and assistants just strengthen them

sold barker, lefferts, and prideaux for around 2mil total. on my current League roster from my junior school i also have, abell(50att), brito(35def), estill(45+mid), torn(50+gk), wallace(45+mid) and ward(40+mid), and i'm training cox and depp(both35+att's). all are under 21 save estill(22). i'm a slightly above average B league team and its mainly because i've gotten great pulls from my youth school which wouldn't be so easy if i hadn't spent money on my juniors coach.

most of that money came from training them outside the school, or a keeper pull. incredible coach is fine for him

they wouldn't have been as trainable had they not got the extra level of training they got with a magical coach

digit, I'm probably in similar situation, limited funds for coaches etc. I have a brilliant main coach with 4 unearthly skills and the best assistants I can afford (vg, sol and adequate). I do get a fair number of random pops and I'm quite happy with this setup. My junior coach is incredible.

Listen to krepa. I know this guy and sokker is the only thing he cares about :-)

I buy new trainees every four years, and constantly change what I'm training to maximize resale value. Also, because I've got a decent YS program, I am training two of my own right now and sell the others to finance my spending.

so krepa i took your advice, i just revamped my coaching staff. as i just got a new incredible ys coach and a new striker of the tl, i didn't have that much to spend but i ended up with a main coach, very good, with unearthly of striker and a wage of 9k, an excellent assistant with a wage of 8k, and two very good assistants with a wage of 5k, and an incredible ys with a wage of 27k. i figure i'll make a big investment later on a main coach i can stay with for a while.
