Subject: quaifications for a national player??

what should an owner look for in a player to be considered for an american national team?? parameters, age, anything else??

solid technique solid playmaker
solid passing very good striker

decent player, but i highly doubt he will make it.
hes got enough skillpoints which indicate decent talent, but the skilldistribution is to spread out.

stamina needs MANY pops, Pace and Technique need a couple.
striker needs to get up to Excellent.
If he has decent talent he might make it.
Otherwise he will make a very nice player, with added Stamina and Pace
