to all new managers:

i promise to increase transfer tax on all managers making over 250k a week in sponsor money from 4% to 5%, and jr transfer tax from 5% to 6%, while decreasing yours by 1% in each category

these new transfer tax codes will slightly redistribute wealth so that one day your teams may even have a chance to reach the greatness of my own
