Subject: Cheating?

I was wondering how is this possible and is it cheating among people that know each other or not.

Some players get sold for MUCH, MUCH more than what is realistically their value, while some players that are better in every category and who's value is higher get sold for much less. A day ago I saw a player that was like 21 and worth around 100k having bid of 5.5M?!? I had a 20 year old player who's seed was 10 and defending was 9 (I don't use English as default language, so besides verbal ranking of skill such as 'divine', I also have numerical value from 0-17, for ex. divine is 17) and value was 100k and he got sold for like 4k. And now I see 20 years old players that have all the skills lower and is bid at like 500k.

This is just one example, there are disparities like this all the time and the only way I could explain it is that these guys are buddies and people from top leagues that have money are pumping in cash to their friends teams by bidding 5m for their shitty players. Or maybe even someone has 2 accounts.

Of course they are not, I just used it as one reference point. As I told you, a player who's every skill is between 0 and 7 being sold for over 5M is ridiculous.

Do you keep track of talent at all?? Thats half the game in the transfer market..

People are willing to pay top dollar to land the next sub 4 talent player...

And by the way, this is absolutely not true. The fact is that the market value and the value on the screen are not perfectly correlated, but there is still a significant correlation. It's actually a simple concept, the fact that correlation between two variables is not 1 does not imply that it is 0.

well you have left out a lot of details about your players skill and this other 500k players skills, unless you got truely unlucky with no one watching your 4k player there is probably good reason for the difference

I do not have sokker plus, so I can't see it. I know it is important, but than again you can't tell me that skills of 20 yr old player are going to jump all by about 10 points.

It's not just one of my players, the point is that occasionally you will see an incredibly ridiculous discrepancy between players skill and screen value and his bid price. And in the case of the player that had bid of 5.5 million even more ridiculous was the thing that his bidding end time was like a day in front. I personally could not explain that in any other way, but somebody putting money in other guys account (or his 2nd one).

nor do I... There are many free programs out there that you can use to track talent. It's nearly the same thing as Plus.


Check out Sokker Viewer, Sokker Manager, Sokker Organizer. All free, all do the same things for the most part. I personally use Sokker Viewer though.

its really not that ridiculous if you pay attention to the pricey youth market consistently

and huge bids usually are made seconds after a player is listed because it was a prearranged bid from transfer advertisements

unless the two accounts are from the same country and same IP addresses you really dont have a case

use the dubious transfer link, it's why it's there.
